About this guide

This Financial Services Guide (FSG) is prepared by Earnr Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 650 455 486) (Earnr, we, us, our) to help you decide whether to use our services. You should read this guide before using our services, in which we outline:

Who we are and what we provide

Earnr is an Australian fund manager and operator of the Earnr Platform (Platform) based in Sydney. Earnr's mission is to provide customers with better visibility across their money and its return, and to provide stable monthly returns via exposure to fixed income products which are not easily accessible to most investors today. We are a corporate authorised representative (CAR No 001293334) of Primary Securities Ltd AFSL 224107 (Primary) which has authorised us to provide the financial services of dealing in interests in Earnr Yield (the ‘Fund’), dealing in basic deposit and payment products in relation to the Fund, and providing general product advice in relation to the Fund.

Primary is also the Responsible Entity for the Fund. We are not a product comparison platform.

Important Documents

When you access the Fund or another product financial product through Earnr, we’ll provide you with a Product Disclosure Statement or product terms in relation to the Fund. These documents contain information about the financial product to help you make an informed decision. You can access these documents in the legal section of our website and during our sign-up process. You can also request a copy of these documents by emailing us at: hello@earnr.com.au.

When you use our website or app, its important you also understand our terms of service, and how we handle your data. This is explained in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy which can be found on our website or app.

General Advice Only

All information we provide you via our website and app, and any Product Disclosure Statement or product terms is general only. It’s important you understand we are not taking your personal financial circumstances, investment objectives or needs into account. We recommend you obtain independent financial and tax advice.

How we’re paid and how we pay our employees

We receive a management fee of 0.20% p.a. of the balance standing in the Fund. We pay Primary fees to act as their corporate authorised representative in relation to the services we provide, and in relation to their role as Responsible Entity of the Fund. We may pay fees to third parties for referrals.

Our staff are remunerated with a salary. They are not remunerated in any way by other financial institutions or product issuers. They may receive employee share options as part of their remuneration package and or discretionary bonuses relating to their contribution to our company values and culture.

Dispute resolution procedures

We welcome any feedback you have about us, or the products and services we offer.

Earnr takes complaints seriously and has a complaints procedure. If you have a complaint, please email us at hello@earnr.com.au including the subject of your complaint.

You may also raise your complaint directly with Primary, the Responsible Entity for the Fund. Primary is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) which is an external dispute resolution scheme.

Your message will be acknowledged as soon as possible Primary may request further information from you. Primary aim to provide you with a response as soon as possible, and no later than 30 calendar days from your complaint. Please refer to the Product Disclosure Statement for the Fund for more information Primary’s dispute resolution procedures.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

The Responsible Entity has professional indemnity insurance as required under the Corporations Act to cover for services provided in relation to the Fund.
